Australian born, Dean Jackson is the only foundation tea grower in 2 USA states, Texas and Idaho. In addition to an O&G career, the other ‘black gold’, she established the Texas cultivation and crafting of artisan prestige US domestic teas for exclusive placement, with both urban and farming operations in 2009. In addition to being a Certified Tea Specialist, consultant and speaker with 2 tea books under pen, one being, “The Diplomacy of Tea”, Dean Jackson is also a Fellow of the Dallas Committee Foreign Relations.
